To unlock the administrator in Windows 7, go to Start –> then right-click on ‘Computer’ and select ‘Manage’
Next, expand ‘Local Users and Group’ folder, and select ‘Users’ folder. Then right-click the ‘Administrator’ account and click ‘Set Password’
After creating a new password, right-click on the Administrator again and click ‘Properties’
Finally, uncheck the box next to ‘Account is disable’ and save.
